In 2012 Distribpix embarked on a journey to restore the original film elements for Radley Metzger's "The Opening of Misty Beethoven." The process and final results were so impressive, they decided to produce a detailed featurette of this monumental project. Distribix takes us on a half hour journey to explore the painstaking process of restoring this amazing film. From the 2k scans, to color correction, to sound enhancement,etc. The most striking part is the last montage of Before and After shots of the final version, done in the proper aspect ratio. The featurette is included as a DVD extra on the remastered version of The Opening of Misty Beethoven.
